Ingredients you need:

  • ¾ cup French roast OR other darkly roasted coffee beans
  • 4 ½ cups water
  • 5 green cardamom pods
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Crushed ice as much you want


  • Use a coffee grinder in order to crush coffee beans and cardamom pods for about 15 seconds or until you get finely ground mixture.
  • Now, you need to transfer this mixture to the filter of a drip coffee maker.
  • Add water to the coffee maker and fill it to the top and start brewing as per manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Around 4-8 sachets of Stevia sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • A dash of ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups half and half


  • You need to get started by crushing the cardamom pods in order to release oils and flavors. Then reserve it.

Ingredients you need:

  • 2 cups strong hot coffee
  • 1 can sweeten condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk, 2-percent or whole milk
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes


  • Take a large bowl or a heatproof pitcher, add hot coffee, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla, and start stirring.
  • Cover it properly and let it stay in the fridge to chill for around 8 hours or overnight.
  • Pour down this cooled mixture into a shallow pan and let it freeze for about 4 hours or until solid.
  • Meanwhile, you should head towards the whipped cream making process. Beat sugar and cream for about 2-3 minutes on high speed until you see stiff peaks formed. Let it chill until ready to use.
